Gravitationally lensed quasar 8.5 billion light years distance
The pair of quasar images are around magnitude +17 and 
have a separation of  about 6 arc secs.

2006bp was discovered 2006/04/09.60 by Koichi Itagaki

Image below (2006-05-03.96944) was taken 24 days after discovery. 
Estimated magnitude of 2006bp  is  +14.5 (C filter).

2006x was discovered 2006/02/04

Image below (2006-02-20.9708) was taken 16 days after discovery. 
Estimated magnitude of 2006x  is  +13.7 (C filter).  
This is possibly at around peak brightness, magnitude at discovery was +17 (C)

An extragalactic nova (M31 2006 14) was discovered in M31 on 2006/11/25.468
by Koichi Itagak, with an apparent magnitude of +17.5 
(Extragalactic Novae page at Rochester Supernova site | Discovery Image | Reference: 2006-11a)

Image below (2006-11-26.841) was taken 1.37 days after discovery.
Location of object, shown by white marker, is consistent with nova recorded by K.Itagaki
Estimated magnitude (+17.1).
