• WeatherForecast went offline at c.20:00 and unable to make complete Weather Forecast plots  
    Fixed  (AstroWeather 1.8.4)

Minor Issues

• TargetInfo file not showing a centering information line when target unable to get acceptable criteria. DY Per target unable to get centering below acceptable criteria - the TargetInfo file should have reported this result but didn't. A Continuous Improvement ticket has been raised.
  Issue understood (AstroMain)
   
• Lock Shift / RA Rate written to Report file without leading zero.  Target 16/39 (155P/Shoemaker) report line written as
  "PHD2 Lock Shift Enabled (Ra -.77, Dec 14.25 arcsec/hr)"   -0.77 should be written instead of .77
  Problem also affects GuidingChart output. Fixed by setting IncludeLeadingZero parameter to 'True' in FormatNumber statement.
  Done 2020-02-04 (AstroMain 3.20.4)
   
• Network Issue.  After using Laptop7 over remote remote VNC connection, the newtork connection frooze. Data unable to be seen by Laptop9 for 7 minutes or so.  Lost connection recognised by AstroGuard (but didn't make any intervention).   Wonder if AntiVirus/Firewall program is causing this?
  Resolved itself (Observatory)
