• Session.ObservingPlan.png and Session.ObservingResult.png pictures stopping updating during session after restarting AstroPlan.

• Zero line is still drawn on 8 hour Temp Plot when zero position is outside of Y Axis Limits.
  A zero Line was drawn on chart with Y Axis range of 1 to 9 degC. Graphs that had the problem bug (GraphID, 11, 23 & 30) have now been fixed.
  Fixed 2020-06-07 (AstroWeather 1.10.4) 
   
• Dew Heaters shouldn't jump up to 60-66%when closing if dew heaters are only on 25-30% level. When entering closing state dew heater level shouldn't be increased.
  Fixed 2020-04-21 (AstroMain 3.20.4) 

Continuous Improvement 

• Modify AstroPlan to check for valid NightDate if 'update .png file flag is used. This is to ensure that Session.ObservingPlan.png and Session.ObservingResult.png pictures don't stop updating during session when restarting AstroPlan.
