Major Issues

• Centering Failures on first 4 targets. Jogs not delivering required movement in scope. Action taken to park scope and restart observatory software (incl POTH and TheSky6) and telescope, then resynced scope and carried out short mapping job ( 8 points). Centering improved but still some issues with certains targets / sky positions

Minor Issues

• Target failed due to slew error entering Failures on first 4 targets. Target 5/55 (GCVS U And) failed due to slew error at  "Scope isn't pointing to the target (Ang Sep. = 9.6 arc degs)"   (Possible 'Timed out waiting for received data' problem).   Resolved at time by manually aborting the job and restarting everything.    Error might have been caused in response to a Abort Job command given by user due to the earlier centering failures on first 4 targets.

Continuous Improvement

• Add new chart type that shows whereabout jog failures / poor centering is occuring.  This proporal is no longer considered important as the number of jog failures / poor centering cases has dropped off to such low numbers.   Decision to put item on-hold (2021-02-14)
