Main aims

1. Targets.  Acquire images of a selection of variable stars, nearby stars, comets & deep sky targets as allowed by time & conditions.

• AstroPlan's main form should have a button link to the 'Live' folder. A link to 'Live' folder would be useful for quickly accessing the / checking on images/files that AstroPlan and AstroMain programs has most recently created and are available for automated upload to website.  Implemented in 1.30.3.   A link to 'Live' folder also added to Rollback tab on Settings Form.

• Add Wind Direction/Speed Indicator to new AzAlt Chart on AstroPlan's 'SubmitToO' form.  Wind Direction & Wind Strength indicator added to new AzAlt Chart.  The Wind Direction/Speed data that was used when Observing Plan was created is used, meaning that indicator won't be shown if AstroPlan happens to have been restarted since an Observing Plan was last created.
