- Auroral activity on the night 2025-10-18  associated with a period of geomagnetic activity up to Kp6.

Skies in NE Scotland were fairly clear due the main peak of geomagnetic activity but became partly cloudy after than and the secondary peak was not visible.

Activity was visible on camera images from around 18:10 to 21:15 UT (19:10 to 22:15 LT) with peak around 19:10 to 19:45 UT (20:10 to 20:45 LT).  (Sky was covered by cloud during time of the secondary peak )

Observed activity comprised a variety of features, .....

Images and video below compare colour images captured by the north facing Tapo C325WB Camera, with the black/white images captured using the existing AllSky Camera at approximately the same time.
 
Scandinavian magnetometers recorded activity from  18:00 to 04:00 UT with major peak in activity at 19:30 to 20:30 UT and secondary peak at 00:00 to 01:00 UT.
 
Lerwick Magnetometer shows activity up to K7
