AT 2026aaom (Type: unk) discovered 2026-09-04.151 UT by Robert Fidrich
Alias: Vend91
Discovery Magnitude 18.2 (Clear Filter)
vs Prior Non-Detection Limiting Magnitude 19 (Clear Filter)
Róbert Fidrich and Tamás Tordai (HAA/VSS) report the discovery of a new astronomical
transient. Discovered using 4x90s co-added images made with a 0.43 m Dall-Kirkham telescope at
Alnitak Remote Observatory, Sierra del Segura, Spain, with Luminance filter. This possible
nova has also been designated as AT 2026zdb. Discovery images and more details:

The discovery was made using the Alnitak Remote Observatories robotic telescope
network, ARTA program.
