A new ASCOM Platform Update (7.1, Build 4707) has been issued in the last few days, and will be progressively be introduced to the observatory computer

DeviceHub - Version 7.1

The ASCOM Platform Update 7.1 contains an updated DeviceHub program.
This should include the change that added to 7.0.3 RC3 that resolved my earlier problems with dome slaving behaviour.

DeviceHub Setup
Setup checked to ensure that 'Report Composite Slewing When Dome Is Slaved' option continues to be disabled.

Although not really applicable to my Observatory, DeviceHub 7.1 now contains new Dome Synchronisation facilities for different  mounts (such as L-Mount) & different telescopes .

Dome Setup
The 'Dome Setup' tab contains fields for specifying
 i)  Telescope offset from the axis intersection (mm)
 ii) Telescope offset from the dec /alt axis (mm)

These are both 0.0 for my LX200 Mount.

There is a new 'Dome Offsets' tab where different offsets can be defined for supporting multiple telescopes. 
For my observatory multiple telescope support doesn't need to be enabled.

Development Computer - Windows 11 Update (Version 25H2)

Introduction
The Development/Analysis Computer (Chillblast, 12th Gen i7-12700H, 2700 Mhz, 14 Core, 16 GB Ram, 1 TB SSD) has been has been operating since Feb/Mar 2023, when it was purchased and setup to replace an earlier computer (see New Development Computer, 2023). 

The computer is currently running Windows 11 23H2 (10.0.22631). However since the Observatory Computer is now running Window 11 25H2  (see Observatory Computer - Upgrade to Windows 11 (2025-10-29) and the AllSky/Weather Computer is being update to WIndows 25H2 (see AllSky/Weather Computer - Upgrade to Windows 11 (2025-09-28) ), it is proposed to update the  Development/Analysis Computer to the 25H2 version (aka 10.0.26200).

The update from 23H2 to 25H2 will be performed using Windows Update (i.e. as an in-place upgrade):
- data files and applications will be preserved.

After the update it is likely that missinng CCDSoft dll files will need to be replaced (from prior files) , TeleAPI will need reinstallation, and ExplorerPatcher will require updating.  The whole process should be done within a day if there are no issues.

Update to 25H2
Upgrade from Windows 11 23H2 to Windows 11 25H2 deferred from 2025-11-02 as the option is not yet available in 'Windows Update' (possibly because Microsoft's roll-out has not yet reached the computer yet).  Checking regedit doesn't indicate that there is any 'Safeguard Hold'.

Update 2025-11-03
Windows 11 Installation Assistant was downloaded from Microsoft site and executed in order to install Version 25H2

"The Windows 11 Installation Assistant installs the latest version of Windows 11, which as of late 2025 is version 25H2. It upgrades a device from a previous version of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (like 24H2, 23H2, or 22H2) to the newest release while keeping all files, apps, and settings intact."

Installation/update to 25H2 was successfully

After the upgrade three operations were conducted to set up the computer ready for use.

 - ExplorerPatcher to be checked/ updated
 - The usual 'Missing' CCDSoft dll files to be copied into 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\System' from a pre-prepared restoration folder.
 - TeleAPI driver to be reinstalled
